By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. User Account:

You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.

2. Platform Usage:

The Platform serves as a marketplace connecting freelancers and influencers with potential clients or brands.
Users may create profiles, post content, apply for opportunities, or hire services.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the Platform and any consequences thereof.

3. Payments and Fees:

GIGAFRO may charge fees for certain services provided on the Platform.
Users agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with their use of the Platform.
Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors. Users agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

4. Intellectual Property:

Users retain ownership of the content they post on the Platform.
By posting content, Users grant GIGAFRO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Users agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others while using the Platform.

5. User Conduct:

Users agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
Users agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
GIGAFRO reserves the right to remove or block any content or User that violates these Terms

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
GIGAFRO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted on the Platform.
Users use the Platform at their own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability:

GIGAFRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
GIGAFRO’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access or use the Platform.

8. Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GIGAFRO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform.

9. Termination:

GIGAFRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason without prior notice.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria and your country Law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms:

GIGAFRO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
